Love this idea around GA+ tickets! Some additional thoughts:1. Onsite Upgrades - Often the biggest propensity to pay for an upgraded ticket is onsite at the event. We're seeing more events offer the ability to upgrade your ticket onsite, rather than only offering this when they purchase their ticket.2. GA+ Ticket - Premium tickets have had huge success at driving additional revenue over the last several years. There is a big opportunity around adding an entry level premium ticket at a reasonable price.

Huge opportunities to cater to a captive audience already going to the venues with pre and post show offers.Heres some ideas...- Pre show drinks package starting 2 hours before concert- Create take away picnic options of your best cafe menu items for concert goers to take to an outdoor show- Pre show set dinner package, concert goers are always anxious if their food will come out in time for them to eat. Reassure them that they will get to the show on time. If they order by a cut off time.- Take pre orders and offer a value add/upsell of a bottle of wine or dessert. - If you don't have a $0.50 offer or upsell for the upcoming 50 Cent concert, are you really a business person?- Create novelty drinks or entrees related to the artist and start promoting them 2 weeks prior to concert days.- Some fans will be wired post show, why not encourage fan groups to come to your venue for a wind down & debrief post show with some snacks and a night cap. You could play music from the artist while they are there.I'll try and come up with some more before summer really starts.
